Q: How do I book and pay for a tour?
Booking your tour is simple and secure:
Choose your favorite tour on our website.
Select your travel date and complete payment online.
We accept major credit/debit cards and international transfers via WISE.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a welcome message via email and WhatsApp with all details about pick-up, what to bring, and what to wear.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour.
No refund within 24 hours of the tour start.
If we cancel due to weather or safety, you’ll receive a full refund or can reschedule.
Q: What’s included in the tour?
Each tour has its own inclusions and exclusions, depending on the experience — so we recommend checking the individual tour page for full details before booking.
However, all our tours include the essentials for a smooth and enjoyable day:
Licensed English-speaking tour guide
Travel insurance for every guest
All taxes and VAT are already included
There are no hidden fees, just great experiences and genuine hospitality.
Q: When will I know my pick-up time?
We’ll confirm your exact pick-up time once we have all reservations finalized for your tour date. Most pick-up times are scheduled and shared by 7:00 PM the evening before your tour.
Q: Can I book last minute?
We do our best to welcome everyone, but our booking system closes at 7 PM each evening for tours on the following day.
To ensure we can confirm your spot and pick-up, please book before 7 PM (Thailand time). After that, feel free to message us on WhatsApp +66654643555. If there’s still space, we’ll do our best to fit you in!
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, we completely understand — travel plans can change!
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your tour starts.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before, we’re unable to issue a refund since arrangements, guides, vehicles, and meals will already have been confirmed.
Need to reschedule?
No problem — just let us know as soon as possible! We’ll happily move your booking to another available date. Please note:
Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and whether the tour is operating on that day.
If the tour is already full or not running, we’ll help you find the next best date or suggest an alternative experience.
We always do our best to be flexible and make sure you still get to enjoy your adventure with us
Q: What happens if it rains or the weather changes?
We operate rain or shine — that’s part of the fun in tropical Thailand! 🌦️
But if weather conditions make it unsafe, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer a reschedule or full refund.
Q: What if I have allergies, medical conditions, or special dietary needs?
We’re happy to accommodate most requests — just let us know in advance.

Q: What should I pack when traveling to Thailand?
Thailand’s tropical climate is warm and humid most of the year, so pack light and smart! Here’s a quick guide for travelers:
Essentials:
Lightweight clothing made from cotton or linen
Comfortable walking shoes or sandals
Reusable water bottle
Sunscreen, insect repellent, and personal toiletries
Travel adapter (Thailand uses type A, B, C plugs — 220V)
Copies of your passport and travel insurance
