Welcome to Thank Me Later Co., Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website, making inquiries, or booking a tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking on our website. If you are booking for minors, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian or have proper authority to book on their behalf.

2. Booking Process
Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only when full payment or a deposit (if applicable) is received and a confirmation email is sent to you.

3. Payments
Payments are accepted via bank transfer to our official company bank account. Bank details will be provided at the time of booking. All bookings must be fully paid before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change due to exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or supplier price adjustments. We will notify you of any significant price changes before confirming your booking.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Full refund if canceled within the cancellation period specified on your booking (usually 24 before the start time).

• No refund for no-shows or cancellations made after the deadline.

• If we cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

6. Changes to Bookings
You may request to change the date or time of your booking, subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.

7. Health & Safety
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your health, weight, height, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect your participation. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it poses a risk to your safety or the safety of others.

8. Travel Documents
You must carry valid identification or passport as required by Thai law. Some tours may require us to submit your information to authorities (e.g., for national park entry or insurance).

9. Liability
We take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe experience, but participation in tours is at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, delays, or expenses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or government actions.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Thank Me Later Co., Ltd. and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and process your data.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
